I think if done right you guys could do that to the floor, not sure if you're into it, but i'm sure it would be cheaper as you could use broken/scrap pieces.

As for the walls i like the blue you chose... that's just me.. I like those towels too, but It doesn't seem like they will "go" with the bathroom... but if you're going to paint it then they might ;) I guess i shouldn't even comment at all, I'm not very good with this remodeling type stuff. I love it...I love that you kept the vintage mirror. I love it! Very fun towels! The blue paint looks great in the photo, but I think the towels and the paint would clash. Not sure which color scheme would work best to go with the towels- they make a pretty bold statement on their own so a soft, neutral color in the background might be best. As for the tile, perhaps a deep cleanse on the grout will help it look more fresh? Otherwise, if you feel like the labor- take it up and put different tile in there, something small so that it makes the space look bigger. Overall, though, you guys did a vast improvement to updating your bathroom. :) Good luck!Birdiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17806339721396347205noreply@blogger.com
