Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:2 cups Arrowhead Heritage Blend Gluten Free Flour
1/2 cup Organic Sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 organic egg
1 organic banana
3/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup organic olive oil
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
organic butter for greasing pan
*optional add nuts and seeds for added nutrition.
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Fill butter greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before devouring.
Can freeze in ball jar for several months if you make too much and want to save some for later!
