Veggie Lasagna NOT VEGAN

Here is my Veggie Lasagna:

you will need
2 cups mozzerella cheese
8oz riccota cheese
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 frozen bag of spinach
1 zucchini
1 head of broccoli
ready to cook lasagna pasta
1 egg
1 jar marinara sauce

first heat all veggies and tomato sauce in a frying pan. while heating mix 1 egg and ricotta cheese together. Once heated put some of the mixture in the dish add the noodles, spread a mixture of egg and ricotta cheese on top of the pasta, add another veggie layer and top with mozzarella.
Layer some more pasta and ricotta cheese.

Then add some veggies and marinara sauce on top and add some mozzarella, repeat until all the pasta is used and it should look like the image below:

After the last layer put in the oven at 350 degrees and cover with aluminum foil, cook for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 15 more minutes. Take out, allow to cool and serve it up!
