Winter Solstice Activities for Kids {frosted watercolor paintings}

I shared a snowflake project with the kids yesterday and today is our winter watercolor project, I remind them to use cool colors because it's cold out and then we add salt to the watercolors at the end and when it dries, it becomes sparkly like snow.  They love this one.
