Vegan Pizza Crust

Below you will find  vegan and vegetation recipes for pizza crusts.'
Husband kneaded the dough and made his pizza crust.
Our pile of cheese for topping, you can sub mock cheese OR do sauce and veggies only.
We topped one with pizza sauce and onions finished with mozzarella and Monterey jack cheese
and the other with spinach (no sauce), goats cheese and mozzarella cheese
Here's the finished spinach and goat cheese one up close.

What you'll need FOR EACH PIZZA:

Vegetarian:
2 Cups flour (I used a mix of whole wheat and white whole wheat unbleached)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil

vegan option:
1/2 Cups flour (I used a mix of whole wheat and white whole wheat unbleached)
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil

What to do with it:
Heat oven to 425 degrees.  Mix ingredients, except last amount of oil, into a bowl.  Mix well then knead on counter top.  Roll out dough, place on baking pan.  Fold up edges to create a crust.  Pre-bake for 8 minutes Brush dough with remaining oil and top with desired toppings. bake for an additional 8 minutes.  Our crusts never browned so go by texture not color if you think you need more time.
