Kauai Part Two | August 2018

While staying in Prineville we had access to a lanai and kitchen so every morning we made a full proper breakfast and enjoyed it on our patio with an ocean view.
After getting out the door we set off to a nearby roadside juice cafe.  We oped for fresh coconut water and hung out with local chickens.
look at this guys furry feathers.
We enjoyed sandwiches for lunch from Moloaa Sunrise Fruit Stand, a little expensive and a long wait but overall good food and friendly service.
back at our condo the girls and I set off on an adventure and explored the property, Sonja found lots of tiny geckos and caught a few until I made her release them.

The next day we headed to one of my favorite spots,  Queen's Bath, tucked into a neighborhood, it's a steep dangerous trail, and this time it was really crowded.
but we loved looking in all the tide pools and watching sea turtles from the lava stone.
hunting for urchins.

I'm trying to upload and post more frequently these days, so check back again soon for Kauai Part Three with more images and suggestions from Hawai'i!
