Brandy's Chocolate Fondue

This recipe is from my sister who utizilized it to sneak healthy food into her son's dessert.  I haven't had a chance to try it, but I thought you all might like to know about it!


Chocolate Fondue: 1 TBSP trans fat free soft tub margarine spread, 1/2 cut avocado puree, 1/4 cup carrot puree, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Sliced fruit, berries, cherries, graham crackers for dipping.
