10 Tablespoons butter {softened}
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon
2 organic eggs room temperature
1/2 lemon juice
2 cups all purpose flour
2 sprigs fresh rosemary washed and chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder {I didn't have any and substituted baking soda}
3/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/4 cup pine nuts
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tea spoons heavy cream or almond milk
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
mix
scoop
bake 325* f for 12 minutes.
glaze with kids.
